From swarm to form

This scene demonstrates how to set up a particle flow to make a group of animated meshes fly around and then take the form of another animated mesh. The only thing I don't like is the popping that occurs at the end. If I find a fix for that I'll post an updated version. I'm thinking either an animated volume select modifier or a script operator would help.
